JOB PURPOSE

Responsible to represent Community Wellness in one of our key markets, growing Medicaid member usage with our telehealth services; drives brand awareness and patient sign ups in local communities through community events and local partnerships.

Here are our MUST HAVES:

EDUCATION AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Bachelor Business Administration from a four-year college or university and THREE to FIVE years or more of related
experience OR the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience Specifically Required

• Sales, promotional Marketing, brand ambassador, or direct customer service experience
• Ability to use Apple and Android applications on multiple devices

You will be responsible to:

  • Serves as an ambassador for Community Wellness, building strong relationships with local community members and businesses; builds brand awareness in our services.
  • Develops partnerships with leaders and organizations in the local community (churches, community centers, retail establishments, community events such as fairs, open markets, etc. to identify local businesses and services to establish and build relationships.
  • Obtains potential patient contact information with the objective to sign-up approximately 100 new patients/day and collects patient surveys.
  • Educates potential Medicaid members regarding Community Wellness telehealth services and Medicaid benefits.
  • Ideates and executes local events within the community to sign-up new patients and create brand awareness; engages potential members via face-to-face interactions at promotional events.
  • Sets-up and tears-down promotional tabling events at community locations within market.
  • Works closely with our sales and marketing teams to grow our brand in a designated market; engages with consumers to tell our story with passion regarding the value-added, high-quality services we offer.
  • Collaborates with the Community Wellness corporate Marketing Department on a regular basis to drive market growth and increase patient sign-up volume.
